WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GOVERNMENTS STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY

 

On the 8th July the Government announced a temporary holiday on stamp duty until 31st March 2021.

This will save buyers as much as £15,000 if they are buying a property of £500,000 or more. 

There will be no stamp duty to pay on homes up to £500,000.

For homes over £500,000 stamp duty will only be paid on the amount over the £500,000 threshold.
